Slovenian Motorway Vignette (E-Vinjeta)
A digital vignette is required for driving on Slovenian motorways and expressways. Since 2022, Slovenia uses an electronic vignette system (E-Vinjeta) — no more sticker!

Driving Tips
Speed limits: 50 km/h in towns, 90 km/h outside towns, 110 km/h on expressways, 130 km/h on motorways
Headlights must be on at all times while driving
Blood alcohol limit: 0.5‰ (0.0‰ for new drivers and professional drivers)
Seatbelts are mandatory for all passengers
Using a mobile phone while driving is prohibited (hands-free allowed)
Winter tires are mandatory from November 15 to March 15
Use parking discs in blue-zone parking areas
