You will need a valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year), a valid ID card or passport, and a credit card in the driver's name. International customers may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP).

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a car with DivoCars is 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

Can I drive the rental car to other countries?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cross-border travel is permitted with a Cross-border Permit. Additional fees may apply. Please inform us at the time of booking which countries you plan to visit.

What is your fuel policy?

Accepted Answer

We operate a full-to-full fuel policy. Your rental car will be provided with a full tank, and we ask that you return it with a full tank.

How do I cancel or modify my booking?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
